Fitness Classes
- Small group fitness classes have all the customised fitness you would get in a one-on-one session, but with the fun and socialisations of training in a group setting.
- We can include a wide variety of movements and fun drills, including traditional weight training, bodyweight exercises, ball drills, and team or partner drills.
- We never have more than 8 participants in a session, so we keep them private and intimate atmosphere; this also allows the Trainer to keep their eyes on the clients at all times.
- What to Expect in Small Group Disability Fitness Programs - a customised session with lots of fun!
Recreation
We know that health and fitness involve more than just lifting weights in the gym; that’s why we’re happy to help you get outside in the sunshine and fresh air or get you to the field or court or pitch or wherever your health and mood get that extra lift. Promoting well-being, independence and community engagement.
Recreation can encompass a wide variety of fun and active hobbies or activities depending on your ability and goals.
Whether you're up for a scenic hike, a relaxing bike ride, shooting hoops, kicking a soccer ball, playing tennis, going bowling, or trying something new—we’re ready to join you. And that’s just the beginning!
Proudly Support NDIS participants
We proudly support NDIS participants with self-managed or plan-managed funding.
Please note: While the NDIS doesnt fund the cost of activities like bowling or purchasing equipment eg: bikes, the support we provide to help you participate in these activities may be covered under your plan.
