Exercise with ease
Physical activity is so important for physical and mental health and well-being. If you are living with a disability, you might find it a bit more challenging to exercise in a traditional gym setting.
Maybe it’s too intimidating; perhaps it’s not accessible or inclusive enough to suit your needs. Probably you don’t know where to start, or you just need a little bit of guidance, support, and motivation to get you on the right track.

Fitness Classes
Small group fitness classes have all the customised fitness you would get in a one-on-one session, but with the fun and socialisations of training in a group setting.
Small Group Classes Focused on You
Small group fitness classes have all the customised fitness you would get in a one-on-one session, but with the fun and socialisations of training in a group setting. We can include a wide variety of movements and fun drills, including traditional weight training, bodyweight exercises, ball drills, and team or partner drills. Classes are great for clients who enjoy a bit more social interaction and friendly competition.
We never have more than 8 participants in a session, so we keep them private and intimate atmosphere; this also allows the Trainer to keep their eyes on the clients at all times. What to Expect in Small Group Disability Fitness Programs Some of the activities you might see in our small group sessions include cardio drills like jumps, hops, skips, star jumps, skipping, jogging on the spot. Ball drills like throw and catch, roll, bounce, dribble, kick, shoot and slam. Bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, supermans, step ups, hip bridges, and planks. Boxing drills like jabs, hooks, crosses, uppercuts, knees, and kicks. Agility drills like agility ladder, cones, and shuttle runs.

NDIS Provider Focused on Your Health and Well-Being
We know that health and fitness involve more than just lifting weights in the gym; that’s why we’re happy to help you get outside in the sunshine and fresh air or get you to the field or court or pitch or wherever your health and mood get that extra lift.
We proudly support NDIS participants with self-managed or plan-managed funding. Our health and fitness programs are designed to promote well-being, independence, and community engagement. While the NDIS doesn’t cover the cost of activities like bowling or buying a bike, our support services to help you participate may be covered under your plan.
